The construction of a temple of Sri Apita Kuchamba and Arunachaleswara Swamy in Rachapalli Sri Ramana Sevashram is being done under the auspices of Sri Ramana Sevashrama Trust with the permission of Brahmachari Rama nandagaru.
The construction cost of this temple is estimated by technical experts to be around three crore rupees. We are blessed to be able to build a temple of Sri Arunachaleswara Swamy in Tiruvannamalai in the state of Tamil Nadu in South India. Nandi vahana seva during pradosham time. Pradosham is time very much dearer to lord Shiva and during this time lord Shiva nullifies bad karma of living creatures.This comes twice during masa shivaratri.
Pradosha occurs twice in a month, one during Krishna Paksham ( First 15 days), and other during Sukhla Paksham ( 2nd 15 days).
During Prdosha time, abhishekam will be performed to Nandi facing main deity in the sanctum sanctorum. Later Nandi will be decorated with garlands and offer Harathi. Abhishekam will be performed with Ghee, green coconuts and milk.
Sri Ramananda was the first twins to be born in a very ordinary agricultural labour family. Their birthplace is also Rachapalli.They have passion for spiritual activities from childhood, humble obedience in adulthood and loyalties in Sadhu Mahatma.
In the year 1990, in the month of May, the portrait of Sri Ramana Maharshi i was seen in Vangalapudi Sri Sadguru Sevashram, Sitanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District.A miraculous beam of divine light emanating from Bhagavan's eyes, which appeared as a living figure, directly touched Sri Ramananda's heart like lightning and took him to new worlds.Sri Ramananda still does not know whose picture it is. Later it was known as the map of Sri Ramana Maharshi. At the same time reading the magazine "Sri Ramanavani" he read the sayings in it and got inspired Internalized. This was the turning point and foundation of Sri Ramananda's spiritual life.
